Leadership Principles

In 2014, I took part in the first
generation of the companies
internal program “First Time
Leaders”. The workshops are
designed to give guidance and
information for newly appointed
leaders. It tackled many aspects of
leadership. One interesting part
was the day that we spent with
people in a rehabilitation clinic
talking about how leaders are also
an essential part in physical and
psychological phases of a crisis. It
opened my eyes, about leadership
being a 360! job and taught me to
not only be a boss but also a
leader.
