Volunteering

Since the beginning of my carreer
at Austrian Airlines, I have been
part of the voluntary crisis
management team. I started
training phone assistance and
moved on to be a part of the onsite
Special Assistance Team.
Furthermore, I took on the role of a
Commander for the Emergency
Call Center.
I joined the team because I
realized I have the ability to stay
calm and coordinated in crisis
mode.
